Some of their soldiers died during this battle before they unleashed that unholy storm upon us. Perhaps we could work this well if we say that we, as Yendorians mind, captured a Camarian spy.

I happen to have a couple of spells, which I might be able to use to help along (read: I still need to figure out what spells I have), but lying is perhaps not my thing. I know not how well y'all are in those proficiences

However, I still fail to see the reason we're going to pretend to bring in a spy anyways. That will only draw attention to us; entering the camp without talking to anybody seems like the best option.
