I'm pretty sure we're supposed to do something. Arn't we making a video game? Is there a list of things that need to be done? Specificaly, I and everyone need a list of things to model, so I don't just spend my time making hotdog stands. Yo Techwizard, no wonder nothing has happened in a year. There has to be a List! Just make a list, because I have been lost, and personaly I have not seen any progress since I have created an account on this thing. Except maybe two years ago.

Sure, bla bla bla, it's the school year, and no one has time. Well, I saw almost no progress last summer, except maybe a few models. Just make a list.

Im not trying to offend anyone here, so please don't respond with a long angry reply. Just make a list of things that has to be done, and check things off of the list as these things are completed.

Hurry up!

You want a list? I think I can do that...

  • A online code hosting platform for bluedevs
Bluedevs needs a way to share code with eachother, using version control, as well as a way to manage projects, branches, bugs, tickets, blueprints, ideas, etc. But fear not, I am working on this (albeit slowly as time and concentration are in short supply). I hope to bring this out as bluedev's first real piece of software. It's current codename is 'treebranch'. We could also push models to this for a game. It's not restricted to managing source code.
  • A new bluedevs website
This should come quickly after I am able to make a release of treebranch. I'd like to make a nice, pretty website for us to advertise our presence. Something shiny, accessible, and full of AJAX. We'd like to start doing stuff like freelancing, web consulting, web development, and software services so we can start earning some money (ha!) and really make a name for ourselves. The website would also have multiple sections: code.bluedevs.net for hosting our code, forums/zeta.bluedevs.net (already exists), mail.bluedevs.net (already exists), bluedevs.net for out main website, etc.
  • An IDE
This is where it gets a little iffy. It would be great if we could have some advanced IDEs for writing software. Having our own toolchain would be fun, and this would be the first step. It could have quick access to documentation for multiple languages as well as quick access to committing, pushing, branching, and pulling code from treebranch.
  • Small mini-games
In Blender. These would function to be some small projects for us to get used to our development pipeline as well as become familiar with our software and skills. These would also help build bluedev's repetoire of games.
  • Mechas Robo
No explanation needed. It's time we finished this.

There's obviously more, but I'm working. I want bluedevs to succeed and become profitable, so I'm deeply committed to working hard to make this small team go. I hope I can excite development by finishing treebranch and building a new bluedevs website.

I know the website has been pretty dormant, but that's only because I have a lot of things to check and to work on.
